1. Ownership of Artwork and Content

All content on this website—including images of artwork, text, logos, and designs—is the property of Cape Artist and is protected by copyright laws.

  • No Reproduction: You may not copy, download, print, or distribute any images of the artwork for commercial or personal use without express written permission.

  • Social Media: You are welcome to share links to our website or social media posts, provided credit is clearly given to the artist.

2. Accuracy of Artwork Representation

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of the artwork as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match to the physical piece.

3. Sales and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed.

  • Availability: In the event that a product is sold out or the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Original Art: Because original paintings are unique, all sales of original artwork are final unless the item is damaged during shipping.

  • Prints/Merchandise: Items such as giclees or notecards may be returned within 14 days if they are in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
